Shipping Policy

ColdCraft Recovery offers free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (48 states). Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is available at an additional flat rate. Contact us for a shipping quote to these locations.

Hyperbaric (HBOT) systems: Free shipping does not apply to hyperbaric chambers. Shipping is charged at a flat rate per chamber, shown on each product page. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and locations outside the contiguous United States are quoted separately. Contact us for a quote.

Orders are processed within 72 hours of purchase. You will receive shipping confirmation with tracking information within 7 business days of your order. Please note: this confirmation reflects when your order has shipped, not a guaranteed delivery date. Because our products ship directly from our suppliers, exact delivery timeframes vary by product, supplier, and destination and are outside our direct control.

Large items ship via freight carrier with curbside delivery and may require a delivery appointment. Curbside delivery means the carrier delivers to the curb or driveway, not inside your home or to a specific room. Please plan to move and position heavy items after delivery.

For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. When your delivery arrives, please inspect the packaging before signing. If you see visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and take photos right away. This protects your damage claim. Signing off on a freight delivery without noting visible damage can limit our ability to file one.
