The full-spectrum difference.
Far-infrared runs one wavelength. Full spectrum layers near, mid, and far together. The Golden Designs models include a Himalayan salt bar and hold a near-zero EMF standard under 3MG at seated distance.

The heat types
Different session. Different electrical demand.
Full spectrum
Adds near and mid-infrared to the far-infrared base, bringing three wavelengths into one session.
Traditional stove
Heats the air to 170–185°F with the option to pour water for steam. Hotter, shorter sessions and a classic Nordic experience. Requires 240V.
Hybrid
Runs both infrared and a traditional stove from one cabin. Choose a gentler infrared session or higher heat with steam.
Narrowing it down
Choose the constraint that matters most.
Going indoors
Lumin Two is the simplest entry, with a standard outlet and two-person capacity. Choose the Golden Designs 3-Person for full spectrum in less room, or step up to Lumin Three and Golden Designs 6-Person at $9,999.
Going outside
Carinthia and Vorarlberg both start at $9,999. Choose Carinthia for infrared and stove flexibility, or Vorarlberg for five-person traditional heat.
Wanting cedar
Bergen, Auris Two, and Kaskinen bring red cedar into the decision. Bergen is the value cedar cabin, with a genuine Harvia stove and six-person capacity.
Building a centerpiece
Kaskinen is the flagship: six people, both heat types, a black barn profile, and a galaxy-star ceiling.
Configuring an Auris
Auris Two offers three heater choices. Orivon offers professional installation for $4,999 anywhere in the US or Canada, available on Auris models only.
Before ordering
Sort out the practical details.
- Electrical. Outdoor cabins require a dedicated 240V/40A circuit, hard-wired by a certified electrician.
- Surface. Confirm the placement area is level and load-bearing. The Bergen weighs 1,275 lbs.
- Access. Freight arrives curbside, so plan the path from driveway to final position.
- Placement. Golden Designs full-spectrum models are indoor only.
- Lead time. Lumin and Golden Designs typically run 15–30 business days. Configured Auris models may take up to 65.
