Do I need to buy a chiller separately?

No. This is a complete system — the 1.0 HP cold/heat chiller is included and ready to run out of the box. Fill the tub, plug in the chiller, connect the hoses, and plunge.

How cold does it get, and how fast?

The chiller reaches down to 37°F and cools roughly 1-3°F every 20 minutes, depending on your ambient temperature and water volume. It also heats, up to 85°F.

Does the chiller need special wiring?

No. It runs on a standard 120V outlet with a built-in GFCI — no dedicated circuit or electrician required.

How is the water kept clean?

A built-in two-stage filtration system with 20-micron filters plus an automated natural ozone sanitation system circulate and clean the water continuously.
